Day 1 – Living Free Instead of Saying “I’m Fine”
We start here, where most women get stuck.
The place between high-functioning and heart-heavy. The place where you’ve learned how to smile through betrayal, neglect, abandonment, and years of “just push through.”
You’ll learn why “I’m fine” is fear in disguise, and how to begin replacing that old survival script with a new rhythm of honesty, vulnerability, and freedom in Christ.
We’ll talk about:
Why silence feels safe (and why it’s not).
What true strength looks like when you’ve been holding it altogether too long.
How to start building safe, God-centered connections where you can be fully seen and loved.
Because healing starts when you stop performing and start surrendering.
Day 2 – God-Honoring Boundaries That Bring Peace
This day will shift everything. It hits home for so many women.
If you’ve ever felt guilty for saying no or wondered if boundaries make you “un-Christlike,” this one’s for you.
I’ll show you how to set boundaries that aren’t selfish… they’re sacred. Because when your yes and your no align with God’s calling, that’s where true peace lives.
We’ll uncover:
How to tell the difference between conviction and guilt
Why Jesus Himself modeled boundaries (and why you can too).
How forgiveness and protection can coexist without shame.
You’ll walk away knowing how to create space that protects your peace, honos your purpose, and reflects God’s love, not people-pleasing.
You’ll begin to feel that calm confidence that comes when you can say “no” without guilt, anchored in truth, not fear.
Day 3 – The Courage to Speak Up With Grace
This is where silence breaks and truth begins.

We’ll talk about how to use your voice with grace and authority, rooted in Scripture, grounded in truth, and guided by the Holy Spirit.
You’ll learn:
Why silence doesn’t create peace, it only postpones conflict.
How to speak truth in love (without fear, guilt, or regret).
How to confront what needs confronting with confidence and compassion.
I’ll walk you through the same process I used to help my body, heart, and spirit feel safe using my voice again, a blend of faith-rooted truth, practical tools, and God-led strategy that rebuilds confidence from the inside out.
Because courage is not the absence of fear, but rather it’s obedience in the face of it. And peace doesn’t come from avoiding hard things; it comes from walking through them with God.
